Save Event Wifi. Use Google DNS

In 10 hours, about 110 people from Atlanta will gather to start up technology startup in one weekend.

Since we’re all tech savvy and networked, we’ll be all over Twitter, y combination, backnoise and other sites to seemingly saturated allĀ  of the wireless that can be provided.

The key traffic will be to dns servers. Routers tend to forward dns settings to their up, meaning 192.168.1.1 is getting hit with DNS and DHCP requests.

Figure out how to set your entries to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
