Don\’t under appreciate a user interface

A long term client mistook between my terms of \’period off\’ and their available periods, forcing us to slow down some date / period seminar scheduling – reminding me the importance of a good user interface and documentation.

* use un ambiguous names.
* make the input as clear as possible
* use pictures too ( famfamfam + and – do wonders)
* have reminders for the process for users not suing your software every day

I\’m also having some issues with some satin variables that I should have made dynamic.
